Appuntamento al buio In the Historical Archives are treasured photographs of a city that doesn’t exist anymore. Photographers had accumulated imagines of habitual sun sets and characteristic glimpses of a small touristic town exposed to the Mediterranean Sea. But there is not any trace of the changes of the city. There are documents of the place as it was before and as it is know; but no one knows the transformation moments. I look around and I understand that I need to document this ongoing transformation, the state of these works in progress. So I start a physical and ideal path which investigates the city from north to south. I realize that reality is totally different, another face of the city appears, probably the nearest the most authentic. The city centre is expanding, new services are growing, the city works, enlarges itself, it is in a never ending transformation.
